# GreenLight Beta: the site, API, and certification alert are currently free. Features, access, and pricing may change. See /charter/. API: /v1/states returns the registry as JSON; /v1/state/{code} returns one state. MCP: POST /mcp (Streamable HTTP JSON-RPC, stateless, no auth, JSON responses only). Tools: solar_states (list registry states with verification status), solar_law (one state's full record: status, provisions, citations, verification and dates). GET on /mcp returns 405; JSON-RPC batches return 400. A state absent from the registry is a statement about the registry, not about that state's law. State input (solar_law, /v1/state/{code}): a two-letter US state or DC code (any case) or a full state name. A US state outside the registry returns tracked:false (REST: 404, error "state not found"). Anything else is an error that names the expected input (MCP isError; REST 404 without tracked). Privacy: https://agentlookups.ai/privacy/ -- one page for every agentlookups.ai service: data handling, including GreenLight signup details, unsubscribe records, and web-server logs. Terms: https://agentlookups.ai/terms/ -- terms of use, shared by every agentlookups.ai service. Registry: 8 states tracked (5 pending, 3 verified). Update posture: a registry entry starts as verification:pending and is shown as under review until a primary-source confirmation pass checks every field against the official bill text; verified means that pass completed. Nothing is published as certified without evidence. Certification watch: /watch/state.json is stamped by the daily UL 3700 check after every run (verdict still-zero | found | degraded, with checked_at). If checked_at is older than ~30h the watch itself is broken and the verdict should not be trusted as current.
